Orders and Shipping
We're all in this together! So from the start, we ship worldwide.
Unfortunately we have no control over taxes. They are mandated by federal and provincial/state laws. For more information on taxes in your area, visit your corresponding government website.
Yes, your card will be charged and we will begin preparing your order.
We typically ship our orders out 2-4 business days after they have submitted. Unfortunately shipping times vary, but once you order you get a tracking number so you can see it's progress!
When your order ships you will receive and email with your tracking number.
Hopefully this doesn't happen, but unfortunately sometimes mail gets lost. But don't worry, we can work together with out shipping carrier to figure this out!
First steps will be to file a claim with the carrier (check your tracking number for that info). If nothing is resolved in a couple of weeks, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be able to look into getting you a replacement or credit.
Returns and exchanges
Our products can be returned within 30 days of ordering. The product must be returned to us in the original condition. This means unworn, unwashed, clean, and with original packaging.

Allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We are still small, so please have patience.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide the cost of return shipping from international orders. We can accommodate international returns, though the shipping must be paid by the customer.

Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers.
If you have purchased the item within 48 hours of the sale, we can reimburse you the difference in the form of store credit.
