We're all in this together!
While we’d love to include everyone, we’re still very small. We offer shipping to Canada, USA, Australia and much of Europe. As we grow, we will expand our shipping locations.
Currently, we offer shipping discounts to Canada and the United States only. All other international orders will be responsible for shipping costs.

If you are in Canada or the US, the value of the shipment pre-tax needs to be greater than $50 CAD.
Unfortunately, we have no control over taxes. They are mandated by federal and provincial/state laws. For more information on taxes in your area, visit your corresponding government website.
Yes, your card will be charged and we will begin preparing your order.
We typically ship our orders out 2-4 business days after they have submitted. Unfortunately, shipping times vary. But once you order, you'll get a tracking number so you can see it's progress!
When your order ships you will receive and email with your tracking number.
Hopefully this doesn't happen, but unfortunately sometimes mail gets lost. But don't worry, we can work together with our shipping carrier to figure this out!
First steps will be to file a claim with the carrier (check your tracking number for that info). If nothing is resolved in a couple of weeks, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be able to look into getting you a replacement or credit.
Returns and exchanges
Our products can be returned within 30 days of your order date (Canadian and US customers only). The product must be returned to us in the original condition. This means unworn, unwashed, clean, and with original tags (If applicable) & packaging.
Please note: Sale items are final sale.

In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and we will cover the cost of shipping the new product.
While we do offer returns for international orders, the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Also, as we have no control of duties and taxes paid, the customer is solely responsible for claiming that refund with their respective countries customs.
We currently do not offer exchanges on international orders.

Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers.
If you have purchased the item within 48 hours of the sale, we can reimburse you the difference in the form of store credit.
All sale items are final sale. And thus, cannot be returned or exchanged.
